Maestro’s Culinary Commercial Kitchen, open since April 2017, is our culinary incubator space, designed to accommodate up to two or three businesses per hour. Program participants are able to reserve the shared kitchen space as needed with a minimum of 10 hours per month. Our kitchen is inspected regularly by the City of Greater San Antonio Health Department and has all required permits.
