Are you struggling to scale your company? As a second-stage business owner, you may notice old systems failing or a need for new skills and information to grow profitably. The System for Integrated Growth® (SIG) offers guidance to strengthen key areas and boost sales and profits.

This program is supported by the City of San Antonio through a grant authorized by the U.S. Treasury Department via the American Rescue Plan Act and allocated from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.

Requisitos

To qualify for the Program, businesses must: Be a for-profit, privately held company based in San Antonio. Have $1 million to $50 million in annual revenue. Employ 10 to 99 full-time W-2 employees. Show potential and interest in growing revenue or jobs. Have plans to scale operations beyond their current service area.

Requirements for Entry

To be considered for the Program, companies must submit an application. Only individuals over 18 authorized to act on behalf of the nominee may apply. All information must be accurate, and the Program Administrators may verify it. Incomplete or unverifiable applications may be disqualified. The Program is not responsible for applications not received due to technical issues or other problems.

Seleccion

Participants will be selected by a panel chosen by the Program Administrators based on criteria such as employee growth, business impact, revenue increase, industry classification, and innovation. The Program Administrators have full discretion in the selection process.
