Geremy Landin

Executive Director

Geremy is a native of San Antonio. He is a dual graduate of St. Mary's University. While Geremy was also a small business owner in the past, he has also worked with many small businesses during his time serving at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a small-business owner himself. He also has a background working in city, and county government as well as nonprofit roles. 

Embedded in his community work, Geremy finds ways to connect individuals, nonprofits, foundations and elected officials with opportunities that align shared vision and goals with one another. He is rooted in his faith, family, and community. 

Alani J. Castaño

Small Business Navigator & Events Manager

Alani Castano was born and raised in San Antonio and is attending the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her major is Business Administration and has worked closely with small businesses at the start of her career and has curated a passion since. Alani hopes to start her own small business in the future while building relationships at Maestro. 

Ruby Chapa

Small Business Navigator and Financial Analyst 

Ruby is a San Antonio native and a first-generation college graduate. Ruby studied Biology and earned a teaching certificate at The University of Texas at Austin. She went on to teach in her former school district, SAISD, at Travis Early College High School. Ruby earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston at Victoria. After five great years of teaching, Ruby is pursuing new ventures in the corporate and nonprofit industries starting with her new role at the Maestro Entrepreneur Center as a Small Business Navigator and Financial Analyst. She works daily with small business owners, nonprofit partners, and the San Antonio community to further the mission of the Maestro Entrepreneur Center.
