2025–2026 Board Officer Nomination Form

Please submit your nominations for officer positions of The Maestro Entrepreneur Center, with terms running from December 3, 2025 through December 3, 2026. You may nominate any current board member for each role, or write in a nominee. All submissions are confidential unless otherwise determined by the Board.

Nomination for Chair of the Board(Required)

The Chair: Presides over all Board meetings Ensures the Board fulfills its governance responsibilities Executes documents authorized by the Board Performs all duties incident to the office or assigned by the Board

Nomination for Vice Chair(Required)

The Vice Chair: Acts in place of the Chair when absent, incapacitated, or unwilling to act Holds all powers of the Chair while serving in that capacity Performs any duties assigned by the Chair or Board

Nomination for Treasurer(Required)

The Treasurer: Has custody of all funds and securities Maintains accurate financial records Reports on financial condition at least annually Disburses funds only with Board authorization Provides bond if required by the Board

Nomination for Secretary(Required)

The Secretary: Ensures proper notice of Board meetings Records minutes of all Board meetings Maintains custody of corporate records and seal Performs duties incident to the office or assigned by the Board
