Learn more about the Accelerator Space Available
The culinary incubator is an essential component of the Maestro Entrepreneur Center, since it is an untapped need in the community. Currently in San Antonio, there is not a public commercial kitchen available for those interested in starting a food business. Similarly, restaurants represent one of the riskiest types of businesses to launch and scale. MEC seeks to fill these needs by providing a fully-equipped commercial kitchen available to lease on an hourly basis, with no contracts or constraints. The kitchen space is designed to accommodate up to two businesses per hour, and small business owners will be able to reserve the kitchen space as needed with no minimum time requirements. The sessions will include practical topics such as:
The monthly training sessions will be open to business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, culinary students, and anyone interested in learning about the food industry.
