Debi Pfitzenmaier spent the last 30 years working in public relations, eventually setting up shop as a marketing consultant. In 2012, she founded the nonprofit Youth Code Jam which runs San Antonio’s largest youth computer programming event. Experienced in developing, managing and implementing communication strategies, she is a frequent lecturer in the areas of social media, special events management, email marketing and public relations. She is an authorized local expert for Constant Contact and the recipient of several social media and blogging awards. She has carried Elizabeth Dole’s shoes in a bag and once dressed up as a giant, yellow duck for radio promotions.
