The kitchen space is designed to accommodate up to two or three businesses per hour. Entrepreneurs will be able to reserve the kitchen space as needed with no minimum time requirements on a monthly basis.
*Program participants are required to maintain proper credentialing and insurance including but not limited to: Food Managers Certificate and Food Handler’s Permit.
Another part of the Maestro program, is an event center that will be available to the public as an option for corporate training’s, celebrations, community events, and more. The event center has a seating capacity of 200 people and includes free parking. The event center will have a list of suggested caterers, which will include the culinary accelerator participants.
